Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Business Central & Power BI Integration Specialist to design, implement, and maintain seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI. In this role, you will ensure accurate data flow, enabling management to generate meaningful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Integrate Business Central data with Power BI using APIs, OData feeds or other methods.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity between Business Central and Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for report generation and dashboard utilization.
  • Advise on best practices for reporting, analytics and visualization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong Power BI skills include data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of ERP-to-BI integrations and data extraction methods.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, Azure Data Services or data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Experience in consultancy or professional services for ERP/BI integration.
