Overview Our organization is partnered with a US Headquartered Medical Device MNC that is expanding its team in Singapore. This position focuses on capitalizing on market potential in Asia, with responsibility for leading marketing initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role will be focused on managing new product launches , building and executing strategic marketing plans , and supporting product portfolio activities across the region. Responsibilities Develop and implement regional marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Monitor execution, track performance, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business goals. Align with sales, training, and education teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to adoption. Develop comprehensive product launch plans in coordination with global marketing and regional teams. Optimize re-launch and market re-entry opportunities in target countries. Lead product-related activities and launches across Asia Pacific and Greater China. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related discipline Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and multiple priorities in a high-performance environment.
