We are looking for dietitians to work with our patients at home, in nursing homes, day rehab centres, and other healthcare facilities. Role Description As a Locum Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating nutritional plans to improve the health and physical condition of individuals. Responsibilities include: nutritional assessment and management of patients with various medical conditions and nutritional needs Interpreting physician diet orders, analysing patients’ health status, interviewing patients & caregivers to make appropriate diet recommendations Recommending oral nutritional supplements if patient is on enteral feeding or unable to eat the inpatient meals provided Education/ info-counselling to patients, nursing staff, caregivers Work collaboratively with the MDT Locum positions are available.
