Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to lead our finance team and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts for clients
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
  • Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and interns
  • Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/CA Singapore preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS, IRAS tax regulations, and audit procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client portfolios
