We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Staffking Pte Ltd. As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with construction teams, QP(D), QPS, LTA, and subcontractor PEs on design tasks.
  • Prepare and review drawings for temporary and permanent works, ensuring compliance with as-built temporary works and communicating design expectations to site personnel.
  • Engage in temporary works schemes, clarify engineering design aspects, and build strong relationships with site operations.
  • Monitor design submissions, track progress, and ensure completeness and efficiency.
  • Review calculations, provide additional calculations as requested, and secure PE endorsement as needed.
  • Optimize solutions by minimizing risks, maximizing reuse, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Address issues, provide insights, and escalate critical concerns to the Design Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry (design) or a similar area.
