Highly Skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist

As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems at residential and commercial buildings.
">- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project management team and supervise site work.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in planning and designing M&E and air-conditioning works, as well as experience with testing & commissioning of ACMV systems.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit technical shop drawings for approval.
- Project Management and site supervision of the Installation and Commissioning of Air-Conditioning and mechanical ventilation works at Residential and Commercial Building.
- Planning and Design of M&E and Air-Conditioning works
- Attend site meeting, site inspection with sub-contractor and consultants.
- Modify the M&E Drawing According to Site Condition.
- Conduct the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
- Managed the supervisor and workers to complete within limited time.
- Prepare monthly project progress claim/ progress report.
- Estimating and predicting the cost of tenders.
- You will have 5+ years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering, specifically in air-conditioning and chilled water systems.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
