Job Title: Visual Art Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Digital Product & Online Store Management: Manage and update product listings, images, and descriptions across online platforms. Ensure visually compelling and accurate product presentations to improve customer experience.
  • Advanced Creative Design: Design high-quality marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, packaging, and online advertisements. Create digital marketing assets tailored for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  • Product Catalogue & Branding: Design and update professional product catalogues and company profiles. Develop a consistent visual identity to enhance brand positioning.
  • Photography, Videography & Project Documentation: Capture high-resolution product photos and project images. Plan, shoot, and produce full-scale project videos to showcase installations and completed works.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics: Create 2D/3D animations, interactive visuals, and motion graphics for digital marketing. Produce animated explainer videos and dynamic product showcase videos.
  • Independent Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for design projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Image & Marketing Strategy: Ensure all creative output aligns with the company's branding and market positioning. Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative visual strategies that strengthen brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Videography & Animation Skills: Skilled in shooting, editing, and producing professional videos. Able to create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and dynamic promotional visuals.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into creative designs.
