Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasures Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring timely and consistent handling of customer requests, and attending relevant training and briefings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner, adhering to regulatory, compliance, and internal security audit requirements.
- Attend all relevant training and briefings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues daily, including walk-ins, phone calls, and completion of service-related transactional orders and ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with the duties of the Treasures Service Officer for customer requests/transactions.
- Handle complex or time-consuming servicing of accounts.
- Refer to Treasures Relationship Manager or Wealth Manager for any FAA-related products' queries from customers.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma/GCE A'Levels or Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
- Highly meticulous, strong communication skills, and numeric.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services and procedures.
- Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Selected candidate will be CFMAS certified as part of the role requirements.
- Good understanding of financial, investment products, services, including equity and bond markets.
