We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise System Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to utilize their expertise in system administration, incident resolution, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and Linux systems, as well as experience with VMware.
The role involves providing support for system administration, resolving incidents, and maintaining system performance. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing changes in various environments, refining and automating regular processes, and documenting all procedures properly.
Key Responsibilities- System Administration: Provide support for Windows/Linux system administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
- Incident Resolution: Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure optimal system performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Background in System Administration: Experience in Windows and Linux system administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- VMware Expertise: Strong knowledge of VMware, including setup, configuration, and management.
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
