About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • C coordination of departmental project activities to ensure seamless execution;
  • Performing administrative tasks, including disseminating project information, monitoring progress, developing deliverables, and generating documents as required;
  • Organizing project meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Scheduling and participating in meetings with clients, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up;
  • Leveraging technical knowledge to identify project implementation plans, schedules, and scopes, while mitigating risks;
  • Engaging vendors and systems integrators for project implementation, maintenance operations, and system troubleshooting activities;
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget;
  • Analyzing project progress, adapting scope and timelines as necessary to meet project requirements;
  • Reporting project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues when necessary;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular project updates;
  • Acting as a liaison between company teams and external resources;
  • Developing detailed project plans, including man-days and effort required;
  • Handling renewal processes, engaging customers, and ensuring data accuracy;
  • Submitting clearance requests and conducting site visits during deployment;
  • Analyzing hardware and software solutions, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies;
  • Assisting in tender submission phases, planning scope, timeline, and documentation;
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Complying with relevant state regulations to uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Infocomm Technology or Information Technology;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, particularly in planning scope and timeline;
  • Proven experience in managing mid-sized to large-scale projects, preparing project management plans, and understanding project lifecycle phases;
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with proper formatting skills;
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand technical jargon related to servers, switches, and software;
  • Able to prioritize tasks, deliver deadlines on time, and work within budget;
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with high accuracy standards;
  • Dependability, with the ability to work independently without micromanagement;
  • Proven success working with various functional teams;
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills;
  • Attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines;
  • Strong teamwork and client-facing skills;
  • Previous experience as a Systems or Network Engineer is highly desirable;
  • G50 clearance is mandatory.
