Job Description:

  • Industry/Organization Type: Food and Beverage - Pastry/Confectionary
  • Position Title: Service Crew (Pastry/Confectionary)
  • Working Location: Islandwide
  • Working Hours: 6 days - rotating shift (9am - 6pm/12pm to 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Operate the cashier system, handle various payment methods and devices.
  • Take and prepare orders for customers with attention to detail.
  • Ensure store shelves are well-stocked at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Promote and recommend products to customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCE 'N' level.
  • Some experience in the F&B industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
