The Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Modeling Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and summarizing financial recommendations on new capital investments and sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
Gathers, analyzes and summarizes financial recommendations on new capital investments and sales opportunities.

Develops business case modeling for new locations to analyze profitability, make financial recommendations and monitor financial performance.

Works closely with the Senior Director-Global Investment Financial Analysis, Sales & Construction department head to develop business case modeling for new locations.

Conducts presentations related to findings and provides recommendations to the relevant internal stakeholders.

Reconciles and reviews monthly account analysis for balance sheet accounts.

Ensures budget and forecast variances are analyzed and recommendations are made to correct or improve company performance.
