Job Description

As a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating regional infrastructure strategies into actionable objectives and projects. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and effective deployment of regional projects, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting regional infrastructure directions and strategies to inform project development.
  • Supervising delivery programs, identifying challenges, and adjusting course as needed.
  • Establishing frameworks and structures to facilitate regional deployments.
  • Managing milestones and updating organizational operating models based on business requirements.
  • Supporting regional audit activities and ensuring standardized compliance.
  • Managing regional standard documentation and creating templates for system documents.
  • Establishing and maintaining regional service performance management frameworks.
  • Leading teams to support regional regulatory coordination and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and project management methodologies.
