Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operations and IT teams to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge security technologies.
  • Oversee third-party contractors responsible for security system maintenance.
  • Participate in cross-organizational benchmarking initiatives.
  • Serve as the overall authority on dormitory security and act as the primary point of escalation for all security-related matters.
  • Develop, review, and enforce comprehensive security policies and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and hotspot analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a residential or institutional setting.
  • Strong understanding of emergency response, risk assessment, and access control systems.
  • Proven leadership in supervising and motivating security teams.
