Cloud Architect

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Cloud Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and extensive experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or Circle CI.

The successful candidate will have expertise in using containerization & orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, as well as experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Puppet.

A deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and managing hybrid cloud environments is essential, along with a strong understanding of distributed platform & micro services architecture.

Familiarity with network architecture and security protocols (SSL/TSL, Firewall, VPNs) is also required, as is a basic understanding of Bigdata Ecosystem components HDFS, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Yarn, Hive, Zookeeper, Flink, Ranger & Elastic search.
