We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and preparing measurements and cost estimates for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate with them as necessary.
  • Prepare contract documents in accordance with regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and track variations in work during the contract.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Acquired knowledge of both civils and architectural disciplines is preferable.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in LTA project or similar scale, complexity, and nature of work will be advantageous.
