Our client seeks a highly skilled Marine Engineer to lead their Fleet Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

This is a mid-level position, but more experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role offering opportunities for career advancement.

Key responsibilities include organizing and leading a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists, working closely with Fleet Operations to ensure timely repair and maintenance of marine crafts, and driving fleet innovation and newbuild projects.

Other key tasks include planning and monitoring maintenance schedules, collaborating with external stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive records of assets and completed jobs.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field, and demonstrate strong cross-discipline knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering domains.

A strong track record of troubleshooting and system management, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, are also essential for this role.
