Job Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Associate to join our team and assist project teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and meeting client requirements.

  • Assist project teams with guidance from senior architects/architects/executives, coordinating efforts to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage multiple projects from design stage to completion, applying architectural principles to produce exceptional results.
  • Produce drawings & BIM Models required by the project, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Submit designs to authorities, communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve submission matters.
  • Ensure project workflow aligns with company standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong working relationships with various parties, promoting lasting partnerships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Foundational Knowledge in Regulatory Requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Foundational Aesthetic and Design Sensibility, bringing creative vision to architectural projects.
  • Foundational Knowledge in Technical Detailing, producing precise and accurate drawings.
  • Foundational Contract Administration and Management, overseeing project execution and budget.
  • Foundational Stakeholder Management, building trust and rapport with clients and partners.
  • Critical Thinking, analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions.
  • Teamwork, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • 3D Modelling and Rendering, creating immersive and engaging visualizations.
  • Revit Modelling (mandatory), leveraging industry-standard software to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate with Recognized Architecture Degree by Board of Architects, demonstrating a strong foundation in architectural principles.
  • Interest in High rise and landed residential project in Singapore, showing enthusiasm for local market trends.
  • Candidate interested in registering for Professional Practice Examination, showcasing commitment to professional development.
