We are seeking a Financial Asset Administrator to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. This role involves managing fixed assets, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering fixed asset transactions in SAP, including acquisition, disposal, and transfers.
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and capitalization journals.
- Preparing accounting reports and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to fixed assets.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of fixed assets management principles and practices. A strong background in accountancy and at least 1 year of experience in fixed assets or accounting is preferred. We also value candidates with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
