Job Title: Health Analytics Director">

You will lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, statisticians and economists in applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), operations research, systems modeling, geospatial analytics, forecasting, econometrics, visualisation and primary research to support the Ministry of Health's priorities in policy formulation and review, service planning and operations.

The Role">
  • Lead a team of staff to communicate timely and actionable insights through the right channels, to the right action parties proactively, to help policymakers achieve desired outcomes.
  • Scope, coordinate and deliver analytics work for various divisions within the Ministry of Health.
Requirements">
  • Preferably more than 12 years of experience (of which 6 years are in a leadership role) in health analytics functions or applications of data analytics in various domains within health or public sectors.
  • Bachelor/Master in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics/Biostatistics/Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related fields.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Stata/R/Python to solve real-world problems.
