Job Title: ACMV Maintenance Engineer

UNITE COILS PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ACMV Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an ACMV Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical equipment systems in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment and execute preventive maintenance, routine inspection, and periodical inspection on rotating and static equipment.
  • Manage annual shutdown and liaise with contractors and production groups.
  • Review and update maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company EH&S policies.
  • Maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and ACMV equipment.
  • Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, prepare risk assessment, and method of statement.
  • Follow project progress and coordinate between sales, technical department, and customers.
  • Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and submit drawings or documents.
  • Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities.
  • Attend coordination meetings.
  • Prepare progress report, project claims, and relevant documents for monthly events.
  • Liaise with users, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Supervise project sites.
  • Liaise with customers in regards to all site matters and attend meetings if required.
  • Responsible for monitoring daily progress and process at the project site.
  • Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/standards are followed.
  • Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of maintenance technology, manufacturing process, plant environment.
  • Working experience in managing maintenance site.
  • Keen and willing to learn attitude are welcome.
  • Knowledge of basic written and spoken English.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with people of all levels.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Good communication skill and able to liaise with M&E coordinator and contractors.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Salary will commensurate with experience.
  • Job site at Tuas Area.
