Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling daily operations for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about accounting and finance, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

- Handle daily operations for AP, AR, and general ledger entries
- Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
- Generate daily AR invoices, process submissions, and reconcile monthly Statements of Account (SOA) with clients
- Match AP invoices and reconcile SOA with vendors
- Manage and review petty cash claims and prepare payments
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management

Requirements:

- Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Entry-level with basic accounting background welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in SAP B1 an added advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and organized
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with external and internal parties
- Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
- 5 days working week
