Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to our customers, adhering to our standard operating procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality beverages.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent levels of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Conduct service training to all other staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, ordering and storing products as needed, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cashier and Order-Taking Duties: Perform cashier and order-taking duties, handling customer transactions and processing orders efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed.
Requirements
  • Service Driven: You must be service driven, outgoing, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: You must have basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in the specialty coffee industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages.
  • Self-Motivated: You must be self-motivated and have good people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: S$2,000 - S$2,600 monthly
