Job Title: Automotive Service ExpertWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Expert to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient maintenance of vehicles, and promoting excellent service levels through various action plans.Responsibilities:
  • Daily Vehicle Intake: Ensure that all vehicles are received and processed in a timely manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Service Delivery: Work with the front counter staff to achieve higher service levels by implementing various action plans.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure that all administrative work is completed promptly, including warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, and monthly target of VOC scores.
  • Preparation of Quotations: Prepare quotations as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • VOC Surveys: Actively deliver good results from VOC surveys with strong response rates and promoter scores.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • Qualifications: Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering).
  • Licence: Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence.
  • Candidate Profile: Candidate should have experience in Customer Service Roles.
  • Bonus Qualification: Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage.
