Job Title: Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites. This includes effectively instructing and managing site supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
  • Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
  • Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
  • Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
  • Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
  • Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  • Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
  • Experience in cleaning/facilities management would be advantageous.
  • Must be able to work on weekends.
  • Must have class 3/3A driving license.
  • Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do hands-on work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); IT savvy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
