We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Quality Manager to join our team at SLES GLOBAL PTE. LTD.

Job Description
  • Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) for pipeline projects, define quality policies, objectives, and procedures, create Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Sustainability of Supply Chain: Ensure that all materials used in construction conform to project specifications, verify documentation compliance, including bills of lading, inspection certificates, and delivery logs.
  • Material Handling and Preservation: Maintain comprehensive records of fabrication activities, ensure proper storage and handling of materials, develop and implement preservation plans, manage coatings and linings processes, and oversee material transportation and delivery.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and specifications, coordinate inspections, supervise testing, review field inspection reports, and address non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification
  • ASNT Level 2 for RT, UT, MT, PT
  • Engineering degree from a recognized university
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC managerial roles
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and project quality plans
