About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Tech Grid Asia Pte. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of IT products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT products and solutions, particularly in network security and OT security.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • To collaborate with the Presales and Delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales cycles.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • A solid understanding of network security and/or cybersecurity principles is a significant advantage.
  • High levels of commitment, drive, and resilience, with the ability to handle cold calling and rejections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a lean team.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately SGD 50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
