About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Support Officer to join our team at KANRY SEARCH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional front desk support to our General Office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, parents, and students.
  • Maintain the reception area, handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Manage all incoming calls to the school, providing accurate information and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Issue Graduation Certificates and Academic certificates to students, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update students' and staff attendance records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate internal facility bookings in the Campus, ensuring seamless events and activities.
  • Maintain the school's internal calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
  • Assist in photocopying school materials, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Support transport arrangements for CCA and/or events, coordinating logistics with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to office administration tasks, such as updating organization charts, honour rolls, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed.
Requirements:
  • GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent, with relevant work experience considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: SGD $2,400 - $2,700 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience).
