Job Overview:

  • A senior audit professional sought to lead and supervise a team of auditors, overseeing the management of client portfolios and execution of risk-based audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Lead an audit team comprising seniors and assistants, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of financial and operational audits for various industries.
  • Analyze internal control systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Review staff work, guaranteeing quality and adherence to regulations.
  • Develop technical competencies in team members through coaching and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6-7 years of audit experience, with a minimum of 5 years as an Audit Senior.
  • Maturity, responsibility, adaptability, flexibility, strong analytical skills, and commitment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.
