About the Role

The Portfolio Manager position entails overseeing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by offering customized financial solutions, wealth management services, and exceptional relationship management.

  • Develop strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to comprehend their financial objectives and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
  • Grow the priority banking portfolio by acquiring new clients through referrals, marketing activities, and personal networks.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice on wealth management, insurance, deposits, and investment products.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial needs analysis to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
  • Monitor market trends and economic developments to proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the branch's overall performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, priority/premier banking, or relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, financial planning, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Relevant CMFAS certifications.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and client retention targets.
