Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to take on a key role in preparing and reviewing financial reports for our organization.

About the Role

This role involves preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries, managing cash flow, and reviewing payments for subsidiaries and intercompany transactions. You will also be responsible for preparing corporate income tax filings and reviewing GST workings prepared by assistants. Additionally, you will liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax agents, and assist in preparing group financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage cash flow effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review payments for subsidiaries and intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare corporate income tax filings and submit them to relevant authorities.
  • Review GST workings prepared by assistants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax agents to address any queries or concerns.
  • Assist in preparing group financial reports to provide stakeholders with valuable insights into our organization's financial performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting and group consolidation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamic accounting software.
