We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team in Singapore.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you lead the revenue recognition and credit control functions for our Asia region. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing revenue recognition policies, reviewing financial documents, and developing credit management strategies.

As a seasoned finance professional, you will have extensive knowledge of US GAAP and experience working with ERP and CRM software. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to provide leadership and guidance to our AR/RR team.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain revenue recognition policy for the region in line with group policies and US GAAP.
  • Review revenue-related documents to determine revenue recognition criteria and ensure accurate and timely recording.
  • Support commercial teams to structure deals that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement credit management policies/procedures to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
  • Manage letter of credit process for the region.
  • Work on process improvements to enhance efficiency in the Quote-to-Cash process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in finance and accounting, with focus on revenue recognition and credit management.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition.
  • Familiarity with letter of credit processes and incoterms.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP and CRM software.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
