Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Operations Manager to join our team in driving e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting regional business objectives.

This position will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order management, fulfilment, returns, and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) and providing insights for business improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics. Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
