Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at ACHIEVE TECHNOLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD.
  • This role will be responsible for managing the business requirements and functional solution aspects of projects, analysing stakeholders' needs to identify improvement opportunities, and designing and implementing solutions that deliver operational excellence and productivity savings.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions, including change management activities to ensure buy-in for the solution.
  • A strong problem-solving ability to assess and improve processes is essential in this role.
  • You will also refine and clarify the business need, define solution scope, and develop a business case.
  • Key responsibilities include exploring, identifying, and documenting business needs, analysing stated requirements of stakeholders, and elaborating to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope.
  • You will source and evaluate alternatives to identify solutions that best fit business needs, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution.
  • Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate, and manage expectations of stakeholders.
  • You will prepare end-user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems, or implementation of new standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and perform system validation activities and user acceptance tests.
  • Review the performance of the solution measurement metrics and provide recommendations to continue to optimize current business processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or any related fields is required, along with Business Analysis certification or an equivalent certification.
  • Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles, past track record in business analysis, application solutions and design are essential.

  • Quantitative Analysis: Ability to perform quantitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Understanding of root cause analysis techniques to identify underlying causes of problems.
  • Information Technology: Familiarity with IT systems and applications.
  • Application Design: Experience in designing and developing business applications.
  • Project Development: Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
  • Process Optimisation: Knowledge of process optimisation techniques to streamline business processes.
  • Banking: Experience in the banking industry would be an advantage.
  • Business Process: Understanding of business process principles to design and implement efficient processes.
  • Business Analyst: As a business analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Business Process Modeling: Experience in business process modeling using tools such as BPMN.
  • Business Requirements: Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Technical Design: Understanding of technical design principles to develop business applications.
Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
