Beauty Consultant Job Description

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to our customers.

  • You will drive sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and creating an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Greating and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations is key.
  • Staying updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions will enable you to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Effectively promoting products, conducting demonstrations, and upselling complementary items will drive sales.
  • Conducting in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product benefits and application techniques will increase customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring product displays are well-organized and visually appealing will maintain a positive store environment.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction will lead to positive word-of-mouth advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to converse in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with all customers.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred but not required. A passion for beauty and skincare is essential.
  • Self-motivated in achieving sales targets will ensure success.
  • Proven sales track record demonstrates your ability to meet goals.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask are crucial in this role.
  • Good working attitude and a willingness to meet people will make you successful in this position.
  • Availability to work on retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
