Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Leading Senior Care Initiatives Director. This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for senior citizens.

Tsao Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors in the community. Our mission is to empower older adults to lead active, healthy, and fulfilling lives as they age.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies designed to support the well-being of older adults within the community. This includes initiatives to improve healthcare access, physical activity, mental health, social inclusion, and life-long learning opportunities.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Foster partnerships with local and regional organizations to promote and develop programs and services for older adults. This includes working with government entities, healthcare providers, non-profit organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Integrated Service Model: Identify integration challenges, demonstrate outcomes from a cumulated service model, and find the right technology to integrate various components.
  • Research and Development Champion: Stay up-to-date with the latest research on aging and incorporate relevant findings into strategies and programs. Conduct regular assessments of the CSA's integrated programs to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Community Outreach: Engage with the community, including older adults and their families, to understand their needs and preferences. Oversee campaigns to raise awareness about available resources and programs and gather feedback to inform future strategies.
  • Communication: Act as a representative of the organization, liaising with the public, the media, and other organizations regarding CSA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in non-profit operations, preferably in the community care/ elder care sector.
  • Strong passion and understanding of community care/ eldercare regulations, clinical and industry best practices through international work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision and mission into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and drive strategies and initiative.
  • Familiar with technology solutions and innovations in elder care services.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in care delivery.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.
