Borescope Inspector

AERO INSPECTION ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Borescope Inspector to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our EASA and FAA Part 145 approved division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of aircraft engine maintenance and inspection.

1. Conduct thorough borescope inspections on aircraft engines and APUs, adhering to EASA and FAA Part 145 regulations.
2. Develop and maintain expertise in EASA Certifying Staff procedures.
3. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, highlighting defects and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with customers to address defect queries and provide clear explanations of inspection findings.
5. Oversee and conduct desktop reviews of borescope inspections performed by third-party vendors.
6. Lead and mentor junior team members in borescope inspection techniques and procedures.

• Strong background in military aviation, aviation regulations, and aircraft maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to travel globally for up to 75% of the month, with a focus on business development and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and mechanical engineering principles.
