Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and improve manufacturing operations, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Attend to minor repair requests from various departments within the organization, providing timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Record and monitor maintenance work orders, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) downtime, compressor operating hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related documentation to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Perform daily start-up procedures for production and facility equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient start to each shift.
  • Maintain facility systems such as air-conditioning, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical power, and lighting, guaranteeing a comfortable and secure working environment.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and TPM activities according to schedule, reducing the risk of equipment failure and minimizing costs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks to prevent unexpected equipment failures.

Requirements:

  • Possess a NITEC or NTC certification, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Technology, demonstrating your technical expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Prior experience in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing setting, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive working relationship.
