Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Clinical Data Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in interpreting genomic alterations and reporting results accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret genomic data and report results using our technology and product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Data Science team to curate and maintain databases, integrating functional effects of genomic variants.
  • Develop and update workflows and protocols for clinical reporting pipelines.
  • Participate in research-oriented projects for clinical validation of tests in collaboration with external organizations.
  • Contribute to internal and external quality assurance programs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent.
  • Have familiarity with molecular techniques, genetics, and NGS applications, with prior experience in research/clinical settings preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write concise summary reports.
  • Show independence and teamwork abilities, exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and self-motivation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of genomic medicine and liquid biopsy.
  • Fluency in variant annotation and interpretation.
  • Experience with genome databases like COSMIC, ClinVar, Varsome, Ensembl, and OncoKB.
