Job Description

In this dynamic role as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff attendance and performance, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for delegating tasks to team members based on attendance and workload.
  • Liaise with the customer service department to coordinate inbound and outbound activities within set deadlines.
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure documentation and processes are up to date.
  • Develop and deliver operational training to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational documents.
  • Oversee staff attendance and verify vendor invoices.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and system updates.
  • Closely monitor and manage overtime for team members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor in a logistics company.
  • Possession of a valid forklift license and ability to operate equipment safely.
  • Excellent English language skills for drafting reports and communicating with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of up to 20 members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and perform overtime as required.
  • Prior experience in handling medical-related products is an added advantage.
