Job Summary

The FVP Project Manager will lead teams to deliver projects spanning multiple business units, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while managing issues, risks, dependencies, and project change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder and team relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years' experience in credit cards and payment domain.
  • Executive-level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
  • Banking experience with understanding of Cards, Operations, Process, and operating models.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple domains across business, technology, and operations.
