Base Metals Futures Trader – Key Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled trader to build our base metals desk, trading book and revenue as a Futures Trader specializing in the sector.

This pivotal role requires developing commodity arbitrage trading strategies for base metals futures and execution, owning arbitrage trading for base metals futures and commodity futures, analyzing business segment holdings and monitoring brokerage bank funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commodity arbitrage trading strategies for base metals futures.
  • Own arbitrage trading for base metals futures and commodity futures encompassing offshore and onshore products.
  • Analyze business segment holdings, monitor brokerage bank funds, and monthly positions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in futures or securities finance with PnL track record.
  • Market insights, organizational skills, and exceptional analysis abilities.
  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and execution capability.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
