Job Title

Architectural Specialist

Key Responsibilities:The Architectural Specialist is accountable for conducting site surveys and investigating record documents. This encompasses preparing functional and technical feasibility studies, developing design proposals, and establishing comprehensive master schedules for building projects.

Additionally, the specialist will ensure that designs comply with all statutory requirements, oversee design development, execute tender procurements, and provide on-site construction supervision.

Furthermore, they will guarantee compliance with TOP and CSC regulations, monitor defects, and verify final project completion.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.

They should possess at least five years of working experience in the related field and have good knowledge of Construction Contracts.

Experience in working with HDB is considered a plus advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup is also essential.
