Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the finance and accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in both Singapore and U.S. compliance frameworks. You will be expected to prepare and deliver financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders, as well as lead coordination with external auditors.

You will also be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory employee benefits compliance, as well as supporting HR in financial matters related to ESOP and incentive plans.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely posting of all journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit and Tax: Lead coordination with external auditors for statutory and group-level audits, and prepare annual tax filings (Singapore and U.S., where required).
  • Cash Flow and Budgeting: Monitor and manage cash flow, including intercompany transactions and foreign currency considerations, and lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, with exposure to U.S. and Singapore compliance frameworks.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
