Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Electrical Engineer to join our team at One Vogue Pte. Ltd. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations and functionalities of our facilities and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and generators.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve electrical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train junior facilities staff on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Contractor Coordination: Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Electrical Experience: Relevant working experience in electrical systems, preferably in fire protection or facilities management.
  • Technical Skills: Good hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and servicing industrial equipment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and building codes.
