Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and lease administration to ensure efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales and after-sale administration of residential/commercial/retail developments at all stages of the project development cycle.
  • Oversee estate management and maintenance of completed developments to a high standard and ensure proper handover to the MCST.
  • Optimise property tax savings through Annual Value (AV) reduction.
  • Prepare realistic and accurate annual budgets for relevant projects.
  • Regularly conduct Control Self-Assessment (CSA).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Estate Management or Real Estate, or any related field of study.
  • Three years of working experience with Bachelor's Degree.
  • Six years of working experience with Diploma.
  • Good knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous.
  • Team player with strong communication, organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and management skills.
