Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable and thrive.

• You will undertake the teaching and care of a class to ensure high-quality learning or care takes place.

• You will maintain professional dialogue with colleagues concerning the children, parents, other colleagues, and the school.

• You will be responsible for all aspects of classroom management.

• You will observe and use a variety of methods to record children's holistic development. Keep appropriate records of achievement for each child in class and provide individual child's portfolios/reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• At least one of the following Early Childhood certifications: Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), Dpt / DPL Certificate (L1 or L2)

• Registration with ECDA as EY1 or EY2

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working with children

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
