Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP S4 HANA implementations? Do you have a passion for project management and team leadership?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global brand as a SAP Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects.

Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Planning, execution and control of large SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects\
  • Management of large project teams in complex plant projects with demanding customers\
  • Analysis of project-critical situations, determination of suitable measures in the course of turnaround management of projects\
  • Interface management to customers, i.e. establishment and maintenance of partnership-based customer relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty\
  • Support of project managers through training and coaching\
  • End-to-end deployment of SAP S4 HANA implementations in an international environment\
  • Experience managing programs of up to 20 million euros per year and a team size of up to 100 people or more\
  • Strong team management skills\
  • Project Management experience in an Agile environment\
  • Exceptional communication and consulting skills\

  • Mid-senior level experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects\
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management\
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills\
  • Able to work in an agile environment\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders\
