Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team. As a Principal Consultant, you will work on challenging projects across the insurance industry, delivering strategic solutions and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex initiatives
  • Developing forward-thinking solutions across technology, people, and process for our clients
  • Leading transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers
  • Working cross-functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies
  • Synthesizing market and industry trends into tailored client solutions
  • Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions and cultivating a pipeline of work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Financial Services or Insurance within one or more capability areas: insurance strategy, digital transformation, data management, business transformation, or technology strategy
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry, with a focus on digital transformation across operations, underwriting, distribution, and claims
  • A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation, and client deliverable development
  • Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working, including designing or implementing target operating model strategies
  • Experience delivering large-scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams
