The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Finance & Accounting, preferably supplemented with relevant compliance qualifications. At least 5 years of proven experience in compliance functions or 10 years in similar internal control-related functions is required.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Directing and managing the Company's compliance requirements
  • Providing expert advice to the Board of Directors and senior management on compliance and data protection matters
  • Actively monitoring and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal and external compliance requirements
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive compliance policies and procedures

You will work closely with the Deputy Managing Director to achieve these goals and will be expected to develop and implement an annual compliance program to promote compliance awareness and provide training and education to employees.
